The Dominican Leadership Conference will host two Dominicans at the HLPF this year: Fr. Emmanuel Mulu, OP, from Kenya, and Sr. Sarduzai Mutero, OP, from Zimbabwe.

It is an honor and significant opportunity to host these two Dominicans through the Dominican Leadership Conference NGO for this important gathering of states.  We look forward to hearing what they have to say about their country’s implementation of the SDGs.  If possible, we will host a webinar while they are here in New York to share with all of you what they are learning about the High-Level Political Forum and the benefits to their countries as well as its coitizes.

A tentative date for this webinar is July 11, 2024, at 9:00 am EST. A Zoom link will be sent a few days before the event. Please join us.

We are gearing up for the World Environment Day, June 6, 2024. I’m reminded that we studied the Amazon during the Month of Peace in December 2023.  Please review the work they did for us as another way for us to celebrate World Environment Day

As well as the video linked to this/Religions of for Peace article. Creative and informative at the same time.
